October 23, 2010.  Plan to be at the upcoming book signing at The Twig Book Store from 11:00 to 1:00 on Saturday, October 23rd. Enjoy the Farmers' Market while you are there--and bring your dog, if you like!

October 2, 2010.  Fun booth event at the Lion's Club Fair in Wimberly, Texas brought many buyers of my book.

June 19, 2010.  Book signing at The Twig Book Store during Farmers Market at The Pearl.

Book signing at The Twig Book Store on June 19, was great fun. I was placed right outside the store in the middle of the Farmers' Market, with hundreds of people wandering by. I learned that The 12 Dog Days of Christmas in New York City has "cover appeal" because many people stopped and bought a copy.  My daughter, Brenda, also taught me a lot, reaching out to strangers with a welcoming smile and saying, "This book is by a local author. She is right here and would be glad to sign the book for you.” People listened and came over! Then it was up to the book to sell itself, which it did.
